Operating Rules

The apartments can accommodate only the guest, which we properly log in. The guest will present a valid identity card to the staff.

Check-in from 14:00 unless otherwise agreed.

Reservation is valid until 18:00. Unless otherwise agreed.

Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment before 10:00 hrs.

In case of damage to an apartment or other facility, the guest is required to pay the damage.

The guest is obliged to maintain the order and cleanliness during the stay in the apartment as well as its surroundings.

Pets are not allowed.

The client will check the condition and the functionality of the room in his / her own interest when occupying the apartments, and any malfunctions will be reported immediately.

The client for personal things during the period of accommodation in the apartment bears his / her own responsibility

From 22:00. Until 7:00. The guest is required to observe the night's rest.

There is a strict smoking ban in the apartment's premises.
